Open Gym: New Year, New Skills 2026
Our Open Gym sessions provide athletes with a relaxed, supported space to:
Get back to sport after the Christmas break
Practise existing skills
Build confidence independently
Coaches will be present to supervise and support, but this session is athlete-led rather than structured.
