For ages 3–6 years old
Is your child curious about gymnastics, full of energy, or simply looking for a new challenge? Our Gymnastics Give it a Go session is the perfect way for children aged 3–6 to explore movement, build coordination and have fun!
Led by our experienced and supportive coaches, this one-hour session introduces children to the foundations of gymnastics in a safe, friendly environment — including rolls, jumps, balancing and basic shapes.
No experience is needed and we welcome all children, regardless of background or ability — this session is all about having a go and building confidence.
